You are not obligated to provide this personal data to <span class=\"s2\">us<\/span>. The consequence of not providing <span class=\"s2\">me<\/span> with the personal data will be that <span class=\"s2\">we<\/span> cannot fulfill the purposes above, including that we will not be able to treat you.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Disclosure of personal data<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">To the extent necessary for your specific treatment, your personal data will be disclosed to and shared with the following recipients:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Information is disclosed to other healthcare professionals if necessary for a current course of treatment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Information is disclosed to the RKKP (clinical quality databases), the Danish Patient Safety Authority, the Psychologists Board, and Labor Market Insurance, to the extent that there is an obligation to do so under applicable legislation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">As a patient, you have access to your own information (right of access).<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">When reporting information in connection with billing for patient treatment, information is disclosed to regional billing offices.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">When reporting to clinical quality databases.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">In other cases, and provided that consent is given, information is disclosed to insurance companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">The legal basis for collecting, processing, and disclosing your personal data is:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li6\">For the purpose of general patient treatment, general personal data is collected, processed, and disclosed pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) and (d) of the GDPR, while sensitive personal data is collected, processed, and disclosed pursuant to Article 9(2)(c) and (h) of the GDPR.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Furthermore, we are obligated to process a range of personal data about you during general patient treatment pursuant to the Danish Psychologists Act and the Executive Order on the Duty of Psychologists to Keep Orderly Records.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">Your personal data is only disclosed to insurance companies with your prior consent, cf. Article 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a) of the GDPR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Withdrawal of consent. <\/b>If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. If you withdraw your consent, it does not affect the processing prior to the withdrawal, including any disclosure based on consent. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Use of data processors<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Your personal data is processed and stored by <span class=\"s2\">our<\/span> data processors, who store it on behalf of and according to instructions from <span class=\"s2\">us<\/span>. <span class=\"s2\">Our<\/span> data processors are currently: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Easypractice<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Dinero<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Storage and deletion policy<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">We<\/span> store personal data about you for as long as we need to fulfill the purposes stated above. However, according to Section 15 of the Executive Order on Record-Keeping, <span class=\"s2\">we<\/span> are obligated to store these for a minimum of 5 years after the last entry in the record.
